I'm surprised to see Japanese Breakfast in the Best New Artist category. Jubilee is the 3rd full-length record--to say nothing of her book, Bumper, or everything else she's been involved with.
That said, I hope she wins 'em both. Jubilee is a fantastic record from start to finish.
The "Best New Artist" category is a strange one - I did some research on this for a project in college. An artist can have a huge backlog of albums before being considered for BNA, but they "must have achieved a breakthrough into the public consciousness and impacted the musical landscape during the eligibility period," whatever that means. I suppose Japanese Breakfast fits that qualification for this year.
